Your role as a Project Manager
- We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our project management processes, overcome challenges with creative solutions, and ensure our work exceeds client expectations. Your role as a 3D artist
- This is an outsourced position. We are looking for a talented Middle 3D Artist to join our dynamic team for outsourcing. You will work in Corona, 3DMax, VRay, and F Storm. This is a great opportunity to take part in cutting-edge tech projects starting from the visual concept stage of interiors. Project involvement typically occurs every 3 to 6 months and usually lasts 1 to 2 weeks of full-time (8-hour) workdays
Requirements
- required work experience from 2 years
- the portfolio must include renderings of residential (living room, bedroom, hall, etc.) and public spaces (lobby, cafe, restaurant, etc.)
- ability to create interiors (part of a project or in full)
- high-quality interiors with modeling
- neat scenes for delivery
- fast work speed and punctuality
- a strong eye for detail and realism, especially in the context of architecture and interior design
- genuine interest in the field, leading to continuous improvement of knowledge and skills
- teamwork experience and high attention to detail
- native Russian speaker or equivalent proficiency
Nice to have
- use of AI tools in work (static + video)
- knowledge of UE (there are examples of work: animations of interiors or exteriors)
- knowledge of other third-party 3D programs

Requirements
- required work experience from 2 years
- the portfolio must include renderings of the model you made, including at least 2 examples of a piece of furniture (chair, sofa, lamp, etc.) and at least 2 examples of a building (villa, public building, high-rise, etc.)
- modeling of furniture/ buildings
- modeling of complex custom furniture and interior items, buildings of all complexities, master plans, terrain
- texturing and UV mapping
- high work speed
- ability to assemble a scene from a specific angle and set up the camera
Nice to have
- organic modeling

Web Developer with Experience in SEO Optimization and Web Design
Your role as a Project Manager

Main responsibilities
- Development and support of websites on the WordPress platform (creation, setup, optimization).
- Applying graphic design skills to create visual solutions for websites, taking into account the specifics of our industry.
- Continuous SEO optimization of websites to improve visibility and rankings in search engines.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to create functional and aesthetically appealing websites.
- Maintenance and setup of email, domains, hosting, and websites.
- Ensuring technical security.
- Ensuring code quality and adherence to web development standards.
- Development and implementation of solutions aimed at improving website conversion and increasing applications.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in web development and graphic design.
- Confident skills in working with WordPress (creation, setup, optimization) and coding.
- Excellent graphic design skills (knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools for creating visual elements).
- Experience in SEO optimization (understanding search engine principles, ability to analyze and improve website content to achieve better rankings).
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Proven successful cases of increasing conversions on a website (ability to develop solutions aimed at improving user experience and increasing applications).
- Responsiveness, communicability, and openness to urgent tasks.
- Good visual taste and attention to detail, especially in the context of 3D visualization and architectural projects.
- Responsibility, the ability to work in a team and focus on results.
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of web development, design, and visualization.
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
