This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how information and data is collected from you when you use this online website, its features or functionality (“Service”, collectively the “Services”) and how Lunas Visualization Inc., (“Lunas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), uses, shares and manages your information and data. Effective May 25th, 2018, if you are from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), our processing of your personal data will comply with the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Information that We Collect from You

Personal Data You Directly and Voluntarily Provide to Us

Like most website operators, Lunas collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Lunas’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Lunas’ visitors use its website. From time to time, Lunas may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Lunas also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on lunas.pro blogs/sites. Lunas only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Certain visitors to Lunas ‘ websites choose to interact with Lunas in ways that require Lunas to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Lunas gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Those who engage in transactions with Lunas are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Lunas collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Lunas. Lunas does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Lunas may collect aggregated anonymous statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. We may work with third party analytics companies to help us understand how the Services are being used, such as data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, website analytics, and to assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements.

We may use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google, or Yandex Metrika, an analytics service provided by Yandex Ltd., or other third party analytics services providers (“Analytics Services”) to collect information about your use of the Services.
