Exterior 3D renderings created for marketing the future urban district in Historic Downtown Abbotsford (British Columbia, Canada) that will offer a selection of townhomes and condos to suit various lifestyles. The planned development from Infinity Properties is set to blend urban excitement with laid-back way of living. Over 600 housing units with retail and office spaces will be situated in a close-knit network of small businesses, restaurants and cultural experiences. These well-connected neighborhoods will reflect the unique characteristics of the land, its history, and its contemporary amenities. The special task for creating these 3D visuals was to convey a strong sense of community and picture the designed district as a place to call home. We transmitted this message through a highly detailed entourage and a thorough selection of characters.
